"It's never expected that things can be kept so sacred". My mother said

Little Theresa is a damsel who comes from one of the most wealthy families with lots of cousins. Being the only daughter of her parents, she is loved and adored by everyone. After her parents waited a long time for her arrival, they treated her like a jewel.

The greatest gift offered to get grandmother Teresa was naming Theresa after her. This simply implies that all her possessions belonged to Little Teresa when her grandmother passed away. Grandma Theresa being the richest business mogul of her time has made lots of possessions and achievements with her name.

Being known as queen of generosity is a virtue she has possessed without relenting.
It was a week to Christmas, all the grandkids of granny Theresa were all present to celebrate the Christmas in grandmother's house.

After all the families have arrived for the celebration, every night, they gather together in gladness having all the fun that accompanies Christmas.

"Grandma, tell us a story". Kristen asks politely.

"Yeeeeeeeeees !!! GrandMa, tell us a story". They all exclaimed.

Story, story....? Grand Ma
said.

"Story!!!" The family replied.

"My story is not a fairy tale of two old witches"...

The children laughed out hilariously.

The grand mother continues
"My story is about the forthcoming Christmas which is in a few days. So, on the 25th, I will be giving all my grandchildren special cards. Each card is packaged in a gift box with a decorated rose. Each with his box and letter inside".

Grandma, these letters, are they given to you by Santa Claus to give us? . One of the kids asked.

It's my letters date back many years. Each contains a secret to this house, with a sealed envelope at the back of the letter. After reading the letter, you turn the back of the envelope".

"What are they to do with these envelopes mother in law?" Little Theresa's mother asked.

"The envelope contains my will to my grand kids."

The kids jumped all happily, rejoicing. After the fun, they all went back in and rested.

It was the 25th, lots of celebration was done. All very engaged with activities. Little Theresa and two of her cousins played Mary, Joseph and Jesus. After the entertaining drama, Carol songs were sung, after all the funds. Grandma Theresa took them to her special room where she had the boxes stored.

Out of astonishment, little Theresa's mum said "
"It's never expected that things can be kept so sacred, this room is so sacred and the boxes beautifully arranged.

The kids started picking boxes one after the other from the seniors. Little Theresa being the youngest picked the smallest box. They began opening it just in the same order they picked it. They all got good fortune.

When little Teresa opened her gift box, she saw lots of amazing gifts. A necklace with the face of grandma Teresa on the pendant, toys, a wrapper car key with price tag written boldly on a piece of paper indicating the amount of car to be bought with conditions when and what age she can have possession of it. Also, a house and cash gifts for miscellaneous. All these things made a great impression on the kids as they ended the celebration with a life memories to remember.

Little Teresa didn't inherit all of the grandmother's wealth after all! The indication in the opening of the story is that she will receive everything because she is the grandmother's namesake. Perhaps that was only an expectation of Little Teresa's parents?

Grandma Theresa (or Teresa — you spell it both ways) found a great way to give away her wealth to her grandchildren. They will always remember her for her generosity and for the keepsakes and treasures that will be a reminder.

That's right, they will surely remember her for that show of love and kindness. There is nothing most fun as doing something no matter how little or big it is with a great love attached to it. Thanks so much for reading my post @jayna. Am blushing 😊.
