Timphan is a food or cake that is typical of the Aceh region, which when Eid arrives, it feels incomplete if there is no timphan cake.

timphan has a soft texture and a sweet taste for the filling in it can be rich series or coconut.

the manufacture itself is not too difficult and the materials used are classified as not too spend or not expensive.

The ingredients used are wheat flour, bananas, sugar, salt and young banana leaves for wrapping. all of the ingredients are mixed except for the banana leaves. Stirring manually can take about twenty minutes so that the flour and bananas are evenly distributed.
