This is one of the best vegetable that can be found here in the west Africa and also in some part of the world but the fat steals remains that there are some soil that cannot grow this kind of vegetable no matter how the saw is so Fertile it won't germinate this maybe as a result of differences in climate and weather.

This particular vegetable is nutritious also it contains some health benefit which cannot be overlooked. There are also other more about vegetables which are very healthy if it is well prepared and also it maintains it's natural nutrients.

To show to what extent this vegetable is very medicinal you can see also even crawler animals do feed on it and leave very healthy and look good.
