Hello Hivers 💕💞,

Food Episode on hive is one of the best way to express, explore, gain more knowledge and experience of some food preparation with the respect to individual choices for them as either food or snacks. In my own episode today I did a little bit more of swallow food with Jute soup in combination with it.

Things needed to make up Plantain Mix paste Preparation.

Step 1.

You place the pot on the fire and add the required water to make the plantain paste mix at your own discretion. Then before the water gets boiled at 100 degrees. You will have seive the already grinded Plantain flour Itself as shown below.

From the pictures, you see the grinded Plantain flour inside the brown sack, then I used the white small eyes Seive to remove the shaft from the flour as shown.

This is a process that never been overlooked unless you have something in mind... Hahaha 😆😆 😆 but if not it is a necessity.

Step 2.

This was the second step I took, I used a stainless bow to reduced the hot boiling water from the pot so as to use it some other time. I gradually poured the already sorted seive Plantain flour with the white seive to the hot boiling water. Then I mixed with turning wooden long rod.

Step 3.

Directly from the fire, I out it down to stir and turn it quickly before it starts to develop any form of small seeds. I turned it left to right, right to left , up and down motion.

IMG_20200710_164731_887.jpg

Step 4.

I placed the solid plantain black colour paste on the fire back again, then I used my half plastic scraper to gather all the remaining paste left on the turning stick and also the pot edges back inside the pot. Then I poured the left over hot water inside the stainless bow inside the pot for thorough cooking and mixing. Then I covered it for 15 minutes.

IMG_20200710_165015_734.jpg

Step 5.

I opened the pot to see how far it went, so I used my turning stick to turn it sideways and more frequently for uniform body form paste. Then I brought it down for final turning.
