Bitter leaf is one of the leaves or plant that has been in existence for a couple of decades and it is used for natural medicine. This is the more reason why I always acknowledge this plant to be a bittersweet medicine. This is what I mean when you fetch this leaf or plant and you hold it for a couple of minutes you taste your hand or finger with your tongue it taste so bitter but in the next few minutes it taste sweet down the taste bud. This show was invariably that this is a total natural medicine plants which has its own medical advantage although when it is abuse it has its own negative effect as well. but for now I would like to talk about the natural medicine it does in the body.

This leaf with the regular intake when you consume it either as tea or you chew with with your mouth it has the advantage of helping to reduce cholesterol in the body. No wonder when I was still growing up as a young boy mine grandma always go to the plant everyday when its evening to chew it and swallow it as well. She got evicted the habit of planting more bitter Leaf around the yard which I was wondering what was going on not knowing that it has so much Medicare advantage it does to the body.

• To some other people believe can be used to treat some certain sickness such as malaria. And this is how it is done. It is added to order Green herbal leaves as ingredients then boil at 100 degrees centigrade then leave it to cool down. you take it as till in the morning and also in the evening. Not only malaria, what cause a fever and so on.

• This Leaf can survive so many decades even when it doesn't have very much access to water but it is advisable you wet it once in a day depending on your job or work schedule. I always love to put more water around this bitter Leaf because it very bitter but also strengthen the body more with more active name in the body.

• The bitter leaf plant can be propagated through stem cutting or through transplant. I have practiced but method of planting and its really worked. The second one which is the transplant needs more water often. So it is advisable that you plant this kind of tree plant in your yard, in your garden, in your farm so as for you to have easy access to natural medicine Herbalife.
