Handling African Giant Snails 🐌🐌 In A Modern Way Feeding Method And Techniques || Fresh Raw Sources Of Calcium

Hello Hiver 💕💕,

One of the uncommon animal that is being found in Africa by most farmer is the Snail. Although the inspiration might grow from when you see it in textbooks, when you read some articles on it but when it comes to practical application it is very different. in handling skills you need to be very observant and also be their own friend as well. I knew about this several years ago but I was not opportuned to own a gathering of snails which did not give me advantage to know them more except for those that I have read back in the textbooks.

while I was in school I took a course on snail farming but that was just a theoretical aspect of it. the practical aspect of keeping snail is very different and special if you are dedicated to know more about it you need to keep them and study them everyday, every minute and every hour. it is never easy but when you keep eye on them you know more about how to keep them and breed them as well.

Keeping snail has gotten to a very advanced level but there are some local farmers who do not know these tips off feeding them with poultry Birds feed. I realised this several months ago when I partially spray a little bit of grower mash on them in a pellet form. I was wondering how they could consume it but after 2 hours 30 minutes they started coming out from their shell and started eating. It was like a miracle and a dream come true.

feeding them with all food remanent is also allowed but guess what your snails will not grow faster and also develop very well. but once in a while I give them roughage is such as white rice without salt, fruit, green vegetables and lastly poultry Birds feed.
