Hello

The beauty of Agricultural Mindset Lifestyle is when you see what you planted in your farm getting more healthy growth and development, this will be a great opportunity for others to enjoy more of Agriculture. We have African Spinach in various types and species. This is another Spinach called the Red African Spinach Vegetable. Learning the agricultural way of life is enough for thousands of people if not millions of people to survive. But we tends to get into the Political talk and debate. I have this type of spinach in my farm and they are all doing excellently well without any form of regret.

  • What some people complain about this green vegetable is the colour variation and the color pattern Which is more to some extent, when you fetch it from the farm and you try to wash it. The color will peel off and some Will reflect into the water. But as for me, nothing has spoilt at all. That's how the mother nature did it from above.

You can prepare this kind of vegetable normally just as other green vegetables. all what you need is to wash it very well after fetching it from the plant itself. You slice it into small pieces and you wash it thoroughly like I said earlier. Then you add your other normal soup ingredients and spices.

  • There is so much difference between this particular red African spinach and the other one, the pure green African spinach. This is also a very good reason to plant more of Red African spinach to know the taste and how to cultivate it.

Ooh African Spinach. I love it with porridge yam, and I use it to prepare tomatoe sauce as well. It's so good.

Our people call it "green" 😂

I actually have plans of being a big time commercial farmer in a bid to bridge the gap between demand and supply here. As a nation, we can barely feed ourselves 🤦🏾‍♀️. I hope to get tips from you when the time comes 😁.
