• The fluted pumpkin is one of the green vegetables we have here in west African Nigeria it is also one of the best green vegetables you can ever see and this is because it has more of natural nutrients which also exhibit more of blood replacement for shortage of blood in the body. This was experimented and it was clearly shown that when you consume a lot of amount of this green vegetable it will result in supplying more blood into the body.

I've seen some cases whereby a doctor categorically refer his patient to consume more of the juice that has been extracted from the fluted pumpkin vegetable. I was very shock immediately I heard about this. And the experiment worked perfectly well.

The fluted pumpkin vegetable also grow into a maturity stage to give this, which outcome to produce as fruit which also brings along it natural seeds. So and the pictures and in this article I'm going to show us open wide how they fluted pumpkin seed looks like.

After cutting off the seed board into two equal halves this was what the inside looks like. There is no smell of any kind it just perfectly white. So the next thing to do is to extract the whole seed coming out with the shaft. This shaft with be separated thoroughly as shown below.

It always take time when doing this process because there are some seed that are not too developed to be extremely careful not to tampered with the matured ones. After this some Extraction was done, you need to discard the waste or you give it to your animals like Sheep, Goat, cattle, rabbit etc.

The extraction was done for some hours because like I said earlier some are already bad while some are good they will always germinate and become more parents stock.

The next to do is to some dry or you put it in an environment where you have a lot of here blowing up and down. It is very necessary to handle it well. You can also give a lot of attention to the green vegetable so as for it to grow up on its own to survive.

• This was when the sun dry was going on. It must be removed from the shaft. It always look slamming when you touch it with your hand. But when the shaft is being removed you will love to hold the fluted pumpkin seed.

The sun dry may take up to two to three days depending on your own weather while some weather it can spend up to 24 hours. Then it will be placed in an open environment.

For everyone who is ready to go into the farming of the fluted pumpkin, this particular seed must be totally source for or else you will end up planting the wrong type of seed.
