Hello Hivers 💕💘,

Green vegetables can be categorised into different forms which can also be further categorise into crawling vegetable part,the water more green vegetables, the climbing green vegetables and the seed dispersal green vegetables part. In this case this particular green vegetables his among the seed dispersal Green vegetables. The reason being that mere seeing the plant itself you will see that it has a lot of seeds which are very light in condition. This seeds always work with the atmosphere. Whenever there is a very huge or slight movement of atmosphere the SEEDS will begin to fly here and there. This is why most times there is always a dispersal of seed moment along the line.

This is a very uncommon green vegetable you can ever see even in the local market. This is because people do not cultivate it as much as other green vegetables such as fluted pumpkin, Waterleaf, Jute Vegetable, etc. There are so many conditions from this light green vegetable seeds to germinate. I have tried so many times to plants the Light seeds but it was not responding so I left it. After several months, I noticed that it came up by itself and germinated massively. This was because the weather condition was not favorable.

I visited by Mom in Ile Ife, Osun State Nigeria and I went round the farm and I saw this uncommon green vegetable standing in pairs. I had to come up with a very good capturing moment and have a great discussion on it. It is locally called Ebolo. Yes, Efo Ebolo in Yoruba language

Its leaf formation is beyond description because is unique and special. I Hardly see Edible green vegetable leaves like this before.

It can be Planting through its seeds but guess what? You will definitely do the Job for that. Because it doesn't grow up easily. It can also be planted through the Transplanting method which I always do and very common to me. When you transplant, it takes few days to get use to the new environment and start it own lifestyle.

It is very edible to all Human ages. This is not a NO Vegetable at all. I first of all met this from my Grandma. The soup will always smell nice, attractive and inviting. You know all our old parents. They believe in good Healthy food lifestyle. Some of them cook daily food. So. It is great medically. It also increases blood in the body system too.
