Sometimes ago when you go into the market two sauce for green vegetables it is a very 50/50 chance of you sing this type of vegetable in the market when it comes to dry season simply because most farmer could not handle the management practices that involved in this raisin and growing of fluted pumpkin green vegetables. And in such a way that to some extent most people do have it at the back of their homes and mainly it is where water flows everyday this is at the point of contact where they will plants this fluted pumpkin. I could remember visiting one of my in-law who happened to be partial farmer. Partial Farmer in the sense that they are also into Mini farming system like planting of green vegetables within a short range of land and mixed Farming as well. So when I got there I saw a little bit of shade beside their bathroom and within a short time I went there to turn around and see what was there to my surprise I saw fluted pumpkin tree. And few fluted pumpkin pod as Fruits. These are also some of the homemade farmers.

It has a lot of advantages when it comes true I'm giving it as food, as green vegetable, as tea pay-what-you-can drink early in the morning and also late in the evening. These are some of what you can benefit from taking fluted pumpkin.

My late dad always drink the juice from the Pumpkin Leaf which he Harvested as fresh from its source daily then use his bear hands to rub each other to extract the juice the seive it carefully twice. These are what he gained from drinking Pumpkin Leaf directly.

For him, it reduces ageing. I really found out that most times when my dad consume this very early in the morning before even talking to anyone he always look so fresh and keep looking younger. And he doesn't go to hospital for check-up or anything. He is always strong and agile.
For also using fluted pumpkin it reduces Cholesterol, diabetes in human blood. In most cases when the doctor's referral patients to consume fluted pumpkin juice even as raw as it is, it is because it reduces cholesterol and also reduces diabetes.

Nowadays there are so many ways by which you can plant this particular green vegetables and it will survive within a short period of time. You don't need to seek for a very huge plot of land before you can plant this vegetable. It is always used as #naturalmedicine. Because of its natural benefits which it renders to Human.

HOW TO PLANT THE FLUTED PUMPKIN.

After you purchase the fluted pumpkin seed from a very good reliable source. You plant the seed on a moist Loamysandy soil, then you place the seed facing up, the tail facing down. I'll be there in 14 days it will start sprouting out. bit by bit you keep wetting it and you do not touch because it is very fragile.

When you touch the plants when it's very tender it can die off within a short period of time. So you need to take some precautions. you can also plant directly where you want it to be instead of planting inside a nursery bed.
