Hello Hivers 💕💘,

This is another great opportunity to Showcase what I really experimented few days ago which actually he did very well and productive. there are some cases where by you need to be creative with what you eat and also how healthy you consume food and nutrition in order to balance your health and development. I said to myself I needed to put in some effort in order to achieve this particular task of food preparation attaining a very positive healthy food ny mixing two or three type of food together to form a particular meal at the end of the day. This idea came through while I was making a suggestion on food preparation based on healthy lifestyle.

The likes of bringing two combination of tiger nut with plantain flour together. this combination is very good in the sense that it is good for people with high blood pressure as well as hypertension, even diabetics among others. I started bringing two things together to make a particular one good foodstuff. I brought out some few steps I took in order to achieve this aim and objective. As a food home economist which came to existence so many years ago because I really took part in food preparation while I was in the secondary school. So in view of this I have learnt so many things about how to emerge two types of raw material together to make just one food type.

The Tiger Nuts.

• The tiger nut has a lot of benefits importance and advantage its doors today body system because I read a lot about it and that is why I concluded in putting it as additional foodstuff so this particular diet. I made so much improvement in what I did and I practicalize it several times. I sourced mine tiger nut from the northern part of Nigeria which is the federal capital territory and after that I went to the Grindr to help me grind the tiger nut into smaller pieces at first. After that I sprayed it in and open free air environment where dust will not reach them.

After that, I packed them into the sack and I went to the Brian that the second time to finalise the grinding into smaller pieces as into flour.

• This was after I seive it with a metal seive. This was the left over.

After it was grinded into Tigernut flour meal.

• This was the second raw materials used as foodstuff which is the plantain flour. I didn't take the picture of the plantain when it was dried before I grinded it into flour meal. So this was when I was sieving it and removing the dirt out of it as leftovers.

• This was the plantain flour from the sack in which it was grinded and poured for easy transportation.
