Like you all know that there is time for everything even the wet season has its own likewise the dry season this also Is What It entails to look out for the street food that is common in our community or neighborhood. presently we have different types of street food that people go and buy but at the moment we have the roasted plantain and also we have the roasted corn.

I was also opportune to cross the line to where the corn is being roasted to earn a living. So I went there to also buy corn and I took so many pictures of how it is being done right from the scratch.

• The woman does this to cater for family and also to earn a living. A woman house of sex she always go to the farm to purchase fresh corn from it truly everyday. This is what most people love to see in roasted corn.

This was how the woman got started even right in front of me and she started peeling up the outer coat of the corn and added more hot coal for roasting. I stood in front of her for 30 minutes or more before the corn was fully Roasted.

This was also a helping hand to assist her too.
