Hello Everyone 💕 💞,

During the week to be precise yesterday was a very good day to though stressful but I knew all the food processing but I wanted everyone to go along with me because when we talk about food. Good is very necessary to human survival and also we have different types of method of food preparation even from the Planting of seeds , to the weeding techniques, to the harvesting method, the storage methodology and also lastly the food preparation itself. I was very fortunate to be in the market square where everyone hustle for his or her family survival and also where all things are being sold. When you say foodstuffs like raw beans, rice, millet, guniea corn, Plantain, wheat, maize, soyabeans and so on.

I went into the extreme end of Ipata Main Market here in Ilorin Kwara State Nigeria where we have three kinds of big gate that linked the market together. I entered through the second gate and went straight to where they sell Dried Yam Tubers ( For making Yam Flour) I negotiated with the sellers and we arrived at a conclusion for sale. Here I have series of Photographic evidence to show for it.

We have all kinds of dried Yam tuber which can be used as Yam Flour after it has pass through some few Process again. I will show us briefly those Process in a jiffy.

Process To Follow Before Its Finally Reach A Conclusion Of Calling It Yam Flour.

Step 1.

After I had already negotiated and paid for my chosen dried yam tuber as shown here. They helped me to sub-pound it inside a big mortal and Pestle.

I had to use my hands to double-check it for final inspection before I paid for it. If I converted the money into Steem price presently it cost

Step 2.

The first time Pounding into smaller pieces. To avoid spoilage of the manual grinder.

Step 3.

The manual grinder was switched on.

Step 4.

They poured the first pounded dried yam into the manual grinder and grinded it well into flour portion level. I had to stayed close by and watched them working because of the level of finest for Consumption.

She had to poured in the already grinded yam flour four times to made it look more finner and look palatable.

Step 5.

She had to use a white transparent Nylon to package it up so well and that was all. Food is almost ready.
