Opposite to the stomach vegetable is very common during the rainy season also not too common when it comes to the dry season although there are some farms or houses that has them and also grow them throughout the season just like me. It is one of those best green vegetables you can ever cook or eat. There are some cases where some doctors prescribe the spinach for their clients to consume in order to fix back so many lacks.

• It is also called climbing vegetable because it climb trees or branches. if not enjoy this kind of green vegetables you have to create a shed or probably create a branch dead tree so as for it to be able to climb easily and keep multiplying.

Seeds:

• This is how the seed of spinach which is called appetizer to the stomach looks like. It's very succulent when it is still young and tender just this way. But when it starts to grow to it maturity stage it's start to get more dry and getting more harder. the city quotes will start changing its colour from Green to Brown.

And if care is not taken from brown to Black. At this stage you can plant the seed.

Is it is very viable at this stage and ready to germinate. Although you can plant it when it is green as well but it will take much time.
