¡Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive! Hoy vuelvo con más bisutería creativa y en esta ocasión diseñé una bonita tobillera que mantiene el estilo de mis más recientes creaciones. Se me ocurrió hacer esta tobillera porque me di cuenta de que si yo usara estos accesorios, lo hará acompañándolos de un bello vestido corto y unas hermosas sandalias de tacón alto, así que una tobillera sería el complemento perfecto para elevar aún más la feminidad del outfit. I came up with this anklet because I realized that if I were to wear these accessories, I would wear them with a beautiful short dress and high heel sandals, so an anklet would be the perfect complement to elevate even more the femininity of the outfit. Materiales:

• Nilón
• Tijeras
• Balines dorados
• Perlas
• Cristales transparentes
• Cristales ámbar
• Mostacillas blanco tornasol
• Broche
• Aguja
• Aros
• Alicates

Procedimiento:

Iniciamos con una sección de nilón lo suficientemente larga para abrazar a nuestro tobillo y con el suficiente sobrante para que nos se cómodo hacer los nudos finales, lo introducimos a través de un balín dorado pasando el extremo dos veces para que así quede asegurado y poder agregar el resto de las cuentas con tranquilidad.

Procedure:

We start with a section of nylon long enough to embrace our ankle and with enough left over to make the final knots comfortable, we introduce it through a golden ball passing the end twice so that it is secured and we can add the rest of the beads with tranquility.

Ahora colocaremos una aguja en el otro extremo del nilón para facilitarnos la recolección de las cuentas que emplearemos en nuestro diseño, aunque esto es totalmente opcional, puede hacerse sin la aguja pero realmente es una herramienta muy útil que nos permite ganar velocidad. Dicho esto, es momento de agregar nueve balines dorados, así tendremos un total de diez balines dorados en el inicio de nuestra tobillera.

Now we will place a needle at the other end of the nylon to facilitate the collection of the beads that we will use in our design, although this is totally optional, it can be done without the needle but it really is a very useful tool that allows us to gain speed. That said, it is time to add nine golden beads, so we will have a total of ten golden beads at the beginning of our anklet.

Acto seguido, añadiremos un cristal transparente y de nuevo, diez balines dorados más. Los diez balines dorados son la separación que yo elegí para mi diseño entre cada decoración, pero tú puedes modificar este diseño a tu gusto.

Es entonces cuando agregamos una perla, seguida de dos balines dorados y por último, una perla más. En medio de esta sección es donde irán las decoraciones colgantes que le brindarán ese aire fresco y divertido a la tobillera sin que pierda su línea de elegancia aportada por la combinación de elementos, entre el dorado, las perlas y los cristales. Decidí colocar dos balines dorados al centro para que el colgante tuviera más libertad de movimiento y también para que hubiese más simetría.

In the middle of this section is where the pendant decorations will be placed, which will give the anklet that fresh and fun look without losing its elegant line brought by the combination of elements, between the gold, the pearls and the crystals. I decided to place two golden balls in the center so that the pendant would have more freedom of movement and also so that there would be more symmetry.

Repetiremos este patrón hasta que consigamos la longitud adecuada para el tobillo. En la imagen verán cómo me quedó inicialmente pero, más adelante mi novio dijo que estaba muy largo, por lo que me lo probé y tenía razón (risas), así que en el resultado final lo verán corregido.

Al finalizar la extensión de la tobillera, anudamos bien en ambos extremos, agregamos un aro en cada uno y así mismo, la parte correspondiente del broche para poder abrir y cerrar el accesorio.

At the end of the anklet extension, we tie a knot at both ends, add a ring at each end and the corresponding part of the clasp to be able to open and close the accessory.

Para hacer los colgantes, tomamos un poco de nilón y añadimos una mostacilla blanca tornasol, luego, pasamos ambos extremos del nilón por una perla, un cristal ámbar y dos mostacillas blanco tornasol.
