Lo primero que se debe realizar es agregar la mantequilla y el azúcar en un recipiente. Se mezclan muy bien y luego se le incorpora el huevo y la harina.

Luego se le agrega el café y el cacao. Se mezclan los ingrediente hasta formar una pasta.

Esta se lleva al refrigerador por 20 minutos para que sea mas moldable.

Por ultimo se realizan las galletas y se llevan al horno por aproximadamente 15 minutos.
