Splinterlands Missing Crypto Bull Run?
So I have been watching a lot of my altcoins values drop. Meanwhile btc and some other altcoins prices have been holding up pretty reasonable. I have a few theories why Splinterlands prices continue to fall.
A lot of discussions going around with the recent changes in lates proposals that are being voted on. Then there are somewhat controversial comments made in the latest TownHall such as Matt in favor of getting sps validators fully operational before sps get publicly traded on a top market cap exchange. All these are gaining displeasure from among some Splinterlands holders. Bottom line it’s not helping.
One bigger issue I think above all others factors is the price of Hive.
In terms of Hive to $ it has fallen back close to its 2023 average of $0.30. This is not ideal what we want to see while btc is close to its all time highs.
Yet with pull down of Hive it also pulled down price of Dec like chart below in terms of Dec to Hive.
Then there is the drop in price between sps to hive as charted below.
Interestingly enough vouchers although also fallen it has not fallen as hard as Dec and sps.
At present time you maybe wondering what positives we can get out of all this? Well if you have liquidity in hive or hbd it is likely a good chance to buy Dec to hold for when it reaches parity again or straight up invest in Splinterland’s assets.
I had performed the latter just a little under a month ago. I don’t know if prices will go down further but as of now I am personally saving up for more purchases.

I think all the liquidity in the pools has affected things and DEC tends to be focused on a stable pricing. I think it will take some time before all the pools even out so I think Splinterlands can get in on the bull run later on.
The whole market is down which is why the prices are down for everything but don't worry we will see it recover in a few days and the altcoin season is not here yet when it will be their prices. It will also go up a lot.
