Drawing A Lion - Roar

Hello Hivers, greetings!

Here is my new traditional art work done with my favorite medium, pen. It's a scribble drawing of a lion, widely believed to be the king of the jungle. When they show up in their pride, other creatures give way.

You can feel the energy and fierce look in him as he raises it's head up with mouth wide open and roars to show its presence which would scare other animals away.

It was interesting exploring those furs surrounding its head. With every touch of stroke giving rise to something tangible.

The drawing was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper using scribble style. Below are my steps:
