Drawing A Portrait [262]

Hello Hivers!

Today, I want to show you my new art work. It's a portrait in profile drawing of a professional English actor by name, Ben Kingsley.

The lines and squiggles look scattered but work harmoniously to create desired forms.

The portrait was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper. I used scribble technique to create this piece.

Below are my step-by-step processes

Step 1
From a blank sheet to traces of lines with light ink

Step 2
Then, to adding tones thicker ink - I first focused on the darker portions

Step 3
And finally, to a full portraiture

Thank you.

Is this your only way of expresssing your drawings? Can you draw without scratching scratching scratching?

Dont get me wrong, I appreciate and love your work, its uniques as it is, even while I was growing, this used to be me, but youre obviously better.

It will be nice to see u use a digital drawing pad, I love art a lot sorry for my qiestions

Not the only way of expressing my drawing bro. I use other techniques. I drawing with cross hatching as well.

I also use other medium - pencil and oil color to create art - mostly for commission works.
And for the digital art? Well, I'm still learning it and I wouldn't love to share a poor work of it here considering some things.

In all, drawing with pen using blue color is my favorite medium and I get the job done easier and faster when compared with digital. Currently working on a commissioned piece which I will be sharing later when I'm done.

Hope you get that now?

Okay, no problem at all bro. I know someone who is focused on pointilism, awesome talent bro, the art will blow your mind, she doesn't dabble with other type of arts but shes badass at pointilism

Well....glad you found a fav aspect, just like I also prefer to write about technology even though I can write about other things like fiction, poetry etc.

Nice one bro....make sure you explore the depths of this technique....looking forward to more of your productions.

Cheers

Absolutely!
The lockdown over here have been relieved but there are some precautionary measures taken.

People who rule us imposed measures because of a virus.
i have a curiosity: What's the proof for the virus?
