Eye Of The Darkness

Hi all, greetings.
Here is my new digital drawing.
I made a drawing of an eye with hands in it. They are skeletal hands struggle in pains to escape but there's no way out.

In this piece, I ended up making the background appear more darker which you can see when comparing the final step with one that came before it.

Yup, I prefer the last step though the first is pretty cool, the second makes it look more ferocious and it relates to the title.
Also, the background is more darker which gave rise to a focus on the eye.

The piece was done with AutoDesk sketchbook application and aided with an S-pen. Here are my steps:
