InkTober 2021: Day 22 - Open
Hello everyone!
Today, I want to share with you my new artwork for InkTober 2021 drawing challenge day 21 with the theme "Open".
The work depicts an open head with human hands in it. The face that contains the being looks absurd with no atom of joy in it. He is holding his head with his two hands as though it is too heavy for him and wants to fall.
The two hands are stretching out as though they are struggling get out of the hole or being drown. The bearer is in desperate need to get out of there - thus seeking for help and freedom.
The drawing was done with a blue ballpoint pen on a cardboard paper and my steps can be seen below:
Below are the prompt lists

Awesome work as always!
Thank you!🤗
Immediately i saw the picture, i understood what it meant. A lot of us get lost in our heads all the time. Overthinking little things and causing harm to ourselves. Beautiful way to say unsaid words @maxwellmarcusart
You are absolutely right. Thank you for your contribution.
Manual selection by @fermentedphil.
Thank you!
I absolutely loved this! I think it depicts the human condition for all of us - trying to get out of our limitations, and find solace OUTSIDE of ourselves, is how I see it. Crawling out of the skin. Get me out of my head! It's crazy in here! Kind of thing. I love it. Very great depiction of human self torture. LOL
Haha, I love the angle you are coming from. Thank you so much for your contribution.
Really a powerful drawing !
