Hi community, this is my participation in the #monomad theme. I hope my photographs are up to the commitment.

I usually share my photos on hive regularly, but I hadn't done it in black and white, or I don't remember doing it before. Today I shared these graphics that I took in my Alma Mater, a faculty that I had never visited before. Civil Engineering to be exact. These spaces are not so close to my faculty, so I had not frequented it before.

My first impression was how clean and lonely it seemed to me. That day was the elections and that was the reason behind that immense loneliness of the spaces. The most iconic thing about the place for me was that central garden, the stairs and the so beautiful and delicate sculpture that I show you in the photos. The real colors range from the intense green, yellow and dark green of the sculpture.

However, I present them all in black and white, because I think they look simply special like this. I really like how it looks when the light passes through the perforated walls and collides with the silhouette of the sculpture. The brightness that the light produces and the shadow in contrast is seen. I feel so much energy in these images with this filter that allows me to use the camera of my cell phone, to edit these photos and show them today.

How many dreams will have been forged in these spaces that have housed Miles of young people with the illusion of learning and conquering the world from their spaces. I can think of that student who sees with joy how these walls are nourishing him with a sea of ​​things that prepare him for life.

It makes me miss my experiences as a student and the fruitfulness of walking in the halls with books in tow and the world ahead. Undoubtedly this is a journey with many feelings involved.

Saludos comunidad, esta es mi participación en la temática #monomad. Espero mis fotografías estén a la altura del compromiso.

Suelo compartir mis fotos en hive habitualmente, pero no lo había hecho en blanco y negro, o no recuerdo haberlo hecho antes. Hoy he compartido estas gráficas que tome en mi alma Mater, una facultad que nunca antes había visitado. Ingeniería Civil para ser exactos. Estos espacios no son tan cercanos a mi facultad, por ello previamente no la había frecuentado.

Mi primera impresión fue lo limpia y solitaria que me pareció. Justo ese día fueron las elecciones y esa era la razón detrás de aquella inmensa soledad de los espacios. Lo más icónico del lugar para mí, fue ese jardín central, las escaleras y la escultura tan hermosa y delicada que les muestro en las fotos. Los colores reales van desde el verde intenso, amarillo y un verde oscuro de la escultura.

Sin embargo, se las presento todas en blanco y negro, porque creo que lucen sencillamente especiales así. Me gusta mucho como se ve cuando la luz atraviesa las paredes agujereadas y chocan con la silueta de la escultura. Se ve el brillo que produce la luz y la sombra a contrapuesta. Siento tanta energía en estas imágenes con este filtro que me permite usar la cámara de mi celular, para editar estas fotos y mostrarlas hoy.

Cuántos sueños se habrán forjado en estos espacios que han albergado a Miles de jóvenes con la ilusión de aprender y conquistar el mundo desde sus espacios. Puedo pensar en ese estudiante que ve con alegría como estás paredes van nutriendo de un mar de cosas que lo preparan para la vida.

Me hace extrañar mis vivencias en mi época de estudiante y lo fructífero de andar en los pasillos con los libros a cuestas y el mundo por delante. Sin duda este es un recorrido con muchos sentimientos involucrados.
