@mayifiestas es modestia aparte es hablar de arte, soy amante de todas las artes en cualquiera de sus expresiones, a Mayi le gusta cantar, a Mayi le gusta escribir poesía, pero mas me gusta escribir historias y cuentos, me gustan las artes manuales, amo el teatro, y dibujar y ni hablar del maquillaje artístico, aunque de profesión soy T.S.U en Turismo además de ser Socióloga.

De mi verán en esta comunidad contenido original, genuino como el del día de hoy, en este video desnudo mi alma, dejo ver una parte de mi ser bien escondido, de la que muy pocos conocen, hoy atraves de este video muestro a la Mayi humana, la que está detrás de una sonrisa, la que atravesó una enfermedad terrible y salí victoriosa, hoy me atreví hablar de esto que sufrí incluso en contra de muchos, pues pensaron que era muy personal lo que decía, y si ciertamente lo es, pero es tan personal que solo yo que viví está terrible experiencia puedo hablarles de ella, desde una perspectiva real, no desde el punto de vista médico, psicológico,les voy hablar desde el punto de vista humano, porque ciertamente el que sufre de depresión quiere eso,que le hablen con sinceridad.

Por eso hoy voy a subir el primer video solo para contarles mi lamentable experiencia y como logré superarlo, siempre había escuchado el término depresión, pero realmente no sabes lo que es hasta que lo sientes,hasta que lo vives en carne propia, con este video quiero demostrar que si se puede salir de este terrible mal, además de que quiero que sepan cómo fue que hive sirvió de herramienta para canalizar y drenar este sentimiento, así que sin más aquí les muestro una serie de fotografías que muestran todo ese recorrido que explico en el vídeo.

Así es amiga superar la depresión depende mucho de nosotros mismo. La depresión te va carcomiendo poco a poco es como el cáncer. Me alegra mucho que te hayas dedicado a las manualidades que es un medio de superación de muchas enfermedades y te hace feliz. Bendiciones amiga
Así es amiga, esto es un camino bien difícil, actualmente puedo decir que estoy casi curada o al menos ya pasé la peor parte, no es un proceso de un día algunas veces son años, por allí de vez en cuando se deja colar un ataque de ansiedad, pero ya aprendí a controlarlo, no es fácil pero no es imposible, gracias por visitar mi blog y apoyar, besitos 🌹🙏
