Hace poco visite la Basílica de la Chiquinquira una de las iglesias mas importantes de la ciudad en donde vivo y hoy quiero compartir algunas fotografías que tome del interior de este hermoso templo en las que pueden apreciar los vitrales, esculturas de algunos santos y la pintura de la Señora María Cárdenas, una humilde lavandera que encontró el retablo a orillas del lago en donde posa la imagen de Nuestra Virgen de Chiquinquira ubicado en pasillo central de la iglesia.

I recently visited the Chiquinquira Basilica, one of the most important churches in the city where I live and today I want to share some photographs that I took of the interior of this beautiful temple in which you can appreciate the stained glass windows, sculptures of some saints and the painting of Mrs. María Cárdenas, a humble laundress who found the altarpiece on the shores of the lake where the image of Our Virgin of Chiquinquira is located in the central aisle of the church.
