DCity technology is not working! Is it my fault?

Today I decided to invest in techology. I bought Basic Accounting two times: to know the earned income and check if it's stackable.

So I put all my cards at 0, Office to 1 and Basic Accounting to 1.

The simulation result was not as expected: my income would be 11 but is 10. Bought technology is not working! Why?

Please share your experience, I need help to understand if it's my fault or I'll never be able to use technologies in this game.

when you do simulation without taxes it works, with taxes it is much more complicated, and varies in time.
