Fin de semana, activa con la ruta larga bien temprano. Gracias a Dios amanecio un cielo despejado, y un clima agradable. Hoy sabado realice el entrenamiento largo junto a mi esposo, ya que por compromisos no lo podriamos hacer con el grupo el dia Domingo. Para el largo de la semana escogimos una ruta que le da la vuelta a la ciudad, fueron 14,43 kilometros la idea eran 15 Km, me falto un poquito jejeje. Una ruta bien completa esta vuelta ya que se inicia con pura subidas, aproximadamente 5 Km, alli es el punto maximo de altura de esta ruta con un desnivel maximo positivo de 125m. Desde alli comienzan bajadas como de 2 Km, luego un plano bien agradable una avenida larga como de 2 km, alli aproveche de bajar un poco ritmo, y asi medir potencia de las piernas. Al llegar al kilometro 8 comienza una pequeña cuesta, hasta llegar a mi querido mar, ya con un poco de cansancio encima aparece mi mar para darme aliento, aproveche que estaba bien despejado el tiempo, y fui a trotar un poco por la arena, si que divina sensacion, los tennis hundiendose en la arena, bien relajante, haciendo de esta ruta diferente, me encanta en mis largos hacer cosas diferentes, ya que esto hace mas divertido las rutas largas, y con anecdoctas que contar.

Desde alli adelante venian los otros 5 kilometros de retorno a casa, una ruta con planos, y subidas ligeras. Llegue a casa aun con energia, mantuve mi plan de hiratacion, que me ha ayudado muchisimo, ademas de consumir bocadilos de platano, asi no llego mareada, ya que mi reserva de enregia se agota rapido. Buenos amigos runners disfruten sus largos de este fin de semnaa se que van a sumar muchos kilometros mas- Asi culminamos esta semana de entrenamiento rumbo a la CAF 2025.

Weekend, active with a long run early in the morning. Thankfully, the sky was clear and the weather was pleasant. Today, Saturday, I did the long training session with my husband, as we couldn't do it with the group due to other commitments. For the long run of the week, we chose a route that goes around the city. It was 14.43 kilometres; the idea was 15 kilometres, but I fell a little short, hehehe. It's a very complete route, as it starts with nothing but climbs for about 5 kilometres. That's the highest point of the route, with a maximum elevation gain of 125 metres. From there, there are descents of about 2 kilometres, followed by a very pleasant flat stretch along a long avenue of about 2 kilometres. I took advantage of this to slow down a bit and measure the power in my legs. At kilometre 8, a small slope begins, until I reach my beloved sea. Already a little tired, my sea appears to give me encouragement. I took advantage of the clear weather and went for a little jog on the sand. What a wonderful feeling, my trainers sinking into the sand, very relaxing, making this route different. I love doing different things on my long runs, as it makes the long routes more fun and gives me stories to tell.

From there, I had another 5 kilometres to go to get home, a route with flat sections and slight inclines. I arrived home still feeling energetic. I stuck to my hydration plan, which has helped me a lot, as well as eating banana snacks, so I don't get dizzy, as my energy reserves run out quickly.
