Dia de velocidades cortas.π₯π₯ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈπ

Saludos amigos

Greetings friends
Today I'm doing short speed training, the best in the world, ha ha ha. Since the torture time is shorter π. The day was a little cloudy, my husband and I hesitated to go training, but we waited a while, and the sky was clearing up, so we took a chance. When we arrived at the stadium, it was still closed, so we called the security guard to open it. Thank God he heard us. The stadium was completely empty, and some parts were flooded, but since today's sprints were short, we chose the driest and flattest 100 metres of the stadium. I started my training for the day with a gentle warm-up of almost 2 kilometres. Then I marked out the area to make sure it was exactly 100 metres. I started my training with 100 metres of sprints, followed by 300 metres of recovery. After finishing the first 100 metres, I felt chills from the intensity of the sprint, so I took my hydration with me to stick to my hydration plan and not end up exhausted. I managed to do 10 sets of 10 intense metres and 400 metres of recovery. This time I felt great at the end of the training session, unlike other days when I have felt very heavy in my legs, running out of fuel.
It is very important to diversify your training sessions, as each one contributes to your progress as a runner. Without a doubt, speed training is something I respect a lot. It is really necessary to move to another level if we want to improve, which I know is the case.
