Hoy les traigo algo diferentes a las recetas que normalmente les comparto, es la recta de un riquísimo y refrescante frappe de panela y limón, el cual es ideal para disfrutar en la playa, en el almuerzo, o simplemente cuando tengas alguna ansiedad de algo frió y refrescante. Yo generalmente veo esas bellisimas presentaciones de frappe y cocktail que me parecieran muy difíciles de preparar, sin embargo me he puesto a ver tutoriales, y ahora sorprendo a todos en casa con esta elegante presentación, siendo algo realmente sencillo de hacer, y con la satisfacción de que todos te ven como una persona muy creativa y esmerada de siempre darle un toque diferente a las comidas y bebidas. Lo mejor de esta bebida es que ademas de darnos mucha satisfacción nos brinda muchos beneficios para la salud, por lo que consumirla conociendo los beneficios que nos aporta nos hará disfrutarla aun más.

The best thing about this drink is that besides giving us a lot of satisfaction it gives us many health benefits, so consuming it knowing the benefits it brings us will make us enjoy it even more.

Esta refrescante bebida es ideal para aquellas personas que no pueden consumir azúcar refinada, siendo la panela un edulcorante natural por lo tanto, a diferencia de un azúcar blanca, la panela no aporta sacarosa y también cuenta con grandes nutrimentos como glucosa, fructosa, vitaminas, minerales y, es de mucho menos calorías. Esta bebida aporta ademas muchos beneficios al organismo como prevenir la anemia ya que la panela contiene ácido fólico, hierro de azúcares no centrífugos, que son mejor absorbidos por el cuerpo, mejora el sistema inmune ya que esta bebida es rica en vitaminas, minerales y antioxidantes, ayuda a mejorar la digestión por lo que esta bebida es ideal para cuando consumimos comidas muy pesadas.

Los ingredientes que les comparto en esta receta son para dos Frappe

The ingredients that I share in this recipe are for two Frappe

  • 1 1/2 limón grande y verde
  • 1 vaso de panela liquida
  • azúcar verde para decorar
  • Dos vasos de cubitos de hielo
  • 1 1/2 large green lemon
  • 1 glass of liquid panela
  • Green sugar for garnish
  • Two glasses of ice cubes

  • Colocamos el hielo en la licuadora, y vertimos la panela liquida, yo lo que hago para obtener la panela liquida es colocar un pedazo de panela solida y la dejo remojando en agua por unas horas a temperatura ambiente, luego la cuelo, ya que siempre la panela solida tiene resto de palitos y material de su preparación.

  • Licuo a alta velocidad hasta obtener el frappe, adiciono el jugo del limón.

  • Preparo los vasos donde voy a servir los frappe, para que impacte mas la presentación, es bueno ubicar unos vasos grande y diferentes. Al borde del vaso le paso limón, y luego los volteo para que el azúcar verde se impregne, sino cuentas con azúcar de color, podemos nosotros mismo prepararlo, con colorantes que usamos para repostería, al azúcar blanco le adicionamos unas gotas de colorante y mezclamos. Le podemos colocar unas rodaja de limón para adornar nuestro bello frappe. Vertemos e contenido de la licuadora, y listo nuestro frappe.
