Fabulosa Naturaleza 🌄😎☀️🌤️

De los mas grandes de los beneficios que me ha dejado ser runners, es tener la oportunidad de estar mas en contacto con la naturaleza, nunca antes habia contemplado tan hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres antes de comenzar a trotar, ya que solo madrugar a entrenar me ha dado este placer, ya que cuando me levantaba de forma normal, estos hermosos amaneceres me los perdía, estar allí cuando el sol comienza a salir u ocultarse es un detalle que solo podemos observar en el tiempo perfecto y esto sucede cuando salgo a trotar en las mañanas o cuando regreso de trotar que ya el sol se oculta, y poder contemplar cada destalle durante cada evento natural si que es una bendición. Después de una noche lluviosa, asi amaneció con un cielo con hermosos colores, y una forma de las nubes muy hermosas en el cielo, me encanta capturar estos paisajes, ser parte de ellos, y dejarlos memorizados por siempre compartiéndolos con ustedes mi queridos amigos. Que bendecidos somos, por eso debemos cuidar la naturaleza.

One of the greatest benefits of being a runner is having the chance to be more in touch with nature; I had never seen such beautiful sunrises and sunsets before I started running, since only getting up early to train has given me this pleasure—when I used to wake up at my usual time, I would miss those beautiful sunrises. Being there when the sun begins to rise or set is a moment we can only witness at the perfect time, and this happens when I go out for a run in the morning or when I return from running and the sun is already setting; being able to take in every detail of each natural phenomenon is undoubtedly a blessing. After a rainy night, the dawn broke with a sky of beautiful colors and lovely cloud formations; I love capturing these landscapes, being part of them, and preserving them forever by sharing them with you, my dear friends. How lucky we are—that’s why we must take care of nature.
