Dia Lunes, un comienzo de semana distinto, con un sentimiento general de tristeza en el ambiente, hoy todo luce gris, las palabras sobran, el amanecer es distinto, el panorama nos cambio, hay un luto general en el ambiente, todo cambio, parece una pesadilla de la que daríamos todo por despertar, pero lamentablemente no es asi, pero aun hay esperanza, son milagros lo que ahora están sucediendo cada rescate en este tiempo es un milagro, alli esta Dios, por eso debemos seguir en oracion para que sean rescatadas mas personas, niños con vida. Hoy nos reunimos solo para respirar, solo respiramos , para gestionar emociones, cada vez que exhalamos profundamente reducimos esa frecuencia cardiaca, y liberamos tensiones, si nos da ganas de llorar, hagámoslo, yo lo he hecho muchas veces, descargo emociones, tambien no dejo de orar por esas personas que lo han perdido todo, y por lo que aun espera ser rescatados, se puede, nos unimos todos en oración y serán encontrados, es fuerte, pero debemos respirar para poder gestionar y apoyar a nuestro país con nuestra fe y esperanza inquebrantable.

Today everything looks gray; words are unnecessary; the sunrise is different; the landscape has changed; there is a general sense of mourning in the air; everything has changed. It feels like a nightmare from which we would give anything to wake up, but unfortunately, that’s not the case, but there is still hope. Miracles are happening right now—every rescue at this time is a miracle. God is there, which is why we must continue to pray that more people—children—will be rescued alive. Today we gather just to breathe; we simply breathe to manage our emotions. Every time we exhale deeply, we lower our heart rate and release tension. If we feel like crying, let’s do it—I’ve done it many times—to release emotions. I also never stop praying for those who have lost everything and for those still waiting to be rescued. It’s possible; if we all unite in prayer, they will be found. It’s hard, but we must breathe so we can cope and support our country with our faith and unshakable hope.
