Kilometros para recargarme de energía 🌞🙌🏻🏃🏻

Cuando llegue al punto de retorno en pleno complejo turistico y deportivo, disfrute de un bello amanecer, la playa estaba bien tranquila, habian bastantes personas entrenando, me hidrate, hice una pausa mientras tomaba las fotos y retorne. Cuando marco el reloj los 7 kilometros, pare este entrenamiento, y ya el ultimo kilometro llegando a casa enfrie un poco mas. Se siente muy bien salir al asfalto con este hermoso paisaje.

Greetings and blessings, runners.

Today it was time for a road workout—heading out onto the street, in touch with the asphalt and nature. I got up early, got ready, and warmed up a bit at home while the sky was still clear; since I have to go alone, I wait until it’s fully light out. As I was heading out, I ran into a fellow runner who lives nearby; he was doing another fartlek workout, but I still felt like I had company since I could see him in the distance. Today I focused on staying in Zone 4, maintaining an average pace of 6:32 per kilometer; in total, I ran 7 kilometers at this pace with an average heart rate of 156 bpm.

When I reached the turnaround point in the middle of the tourist and sports complex, I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise; the beach was very quiet, and there were quite a few people training. I hydrated, took a break while snapping some photos, and headed back. When my watch hit 7 kilometers, I stopped the workout, and during the last kilometer on my way home, I cooled down a bit more. It feels great to run on the pavement with this beautiful scenery.
