Ya al finalizar las series senti una ligera molestia en las caderas, esto debido a un calzado que utilice para el ultimo entrenamiento de cuesta que hice, que senti que me causo un dolor, no le habia parado mucho, pero hoy lo volvi a sentir mas fuerte, bueno en nombre de Dios mejore, por lo que me tomare un descanso a ver como evoluciona el dolor, ademas de tomarme un tratamiento para desinflamar. Al terminar las series, enfrie un poco, y me fui caminando a casa, disfrutando del dia viernes ya que viene el finde semana, mne encantan los viernes. Seguimos amigos con los entrenamientos. ππππ½ββοΈββ‘οΈ

I ended the week with interval training. Friday dawned as a beautiful day with pleasant weather and a sky ablaze with stunning colors. I headed out early for my workout; today was interval training day, and Iβd taken Thursday off. I always try to schedule rest days between training sessions. I did my usual 2-kilometer warm-up in the park, where there were quite a few people training. Then I went to the stadium; it was already open when I arrived, and a friend was training there. I ran a lap around the stadium, hydrated, and started my interval work. Todayβs plan was 8 sets of 400 meters with a 1-minute rest. The 400-meter intervals have become more manageable for me these days, but from there on out, theyβre a real challenge. I started my intervals slower, taking over 2 minutes, then began to speed up. I was pleased that I ran one 400-meter interval in 1:47.2 minutes. I felt the fatigue at the end, but I stayed mentally strong and focused on my cadence to finish it well. Strength training and hill work have really helped me improve my power and cadence.
By the end of the sets, I felt a slight discomfort in my hips. This was due to the shoes I wore for my last hill workout, which I felt caused me some pain. I hadnβt paid much attention to it before, but today I felt it more intensely. Well, God willing, itβll get better, so Iβm going to take a break to see how the pain develops, in addition to taking some medication to reduce the swelling. After finishing the sets, I cooled down a bit and walked home, enjoying Friday since the weekend is coming upβI love Fridays. Letβs keep at it, friends. ππππ½ββοΈββ‘οΈ
