Here I will cook vegetables with all the raw vegetables such as chichinga, kankarol, potato, potal dhundul, etc.I hope you through various raw vegetables. I usually like to eat in the office during the day. But I have to do the cooking at night. So I do my own cooking and cook my favorite vegetables. Vegetables are very beneficial for our human body. But I will introduce fish cooking in future. Cooking vegetables is very important today but I know that cooked curries are rich in minerals. But I don't eat half-cooked curry because it causes digestive problems. So I cook and eat the vegetables well. But vegetables keep the human body healthy and active. Consuming safe and nutritious food is essential. Let us grow vegetables around the house. Keep the whole family healthy by cooking with your own hands.
Necessary measures
- Onion [3 large]
- Chilli [7-8 pcs]
- Salt [amount like]
- Garlic 6-7 pcs
- Yellow [amount like]
- Gura masala [amount like]
- Oil 60-70 mg
- Potatoes [1 pcs large]
- Zucchini [Dhundul 2 pcs]
- Pointed gourd [potal 2 pcs]
- Sweet Bitter Gourd [Kankrol 3 pcs]
- Snake Gourd [Chichinga 2 pitch]
First you take chichinga, kankarol, potato, potal dhundul, etc vegetables then wash them well and keep them in a bowl. Also, wash onions, green chillies and garlic well.
Then chop the onion, garlic and green chillies on a cutting board and keep it in a bowl. After that, cut the vegetables in different designs and put them in a container.
Then keep the stove on low heat.Then add oil, when the oil is hot, keep frying with onions, garlic, green chillies in the pan.
Then you say light masala. Continue to stir in cumin seeds and salt and turmeric
Then dry fry it and keep stirring well for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat on the stove and fry until done.
Then you will fry it and see that light yellow will turn into red. And the color of masala will look very nice.
Then put the vegetables of the 5 items in the pot into the pan. Then let's follow the next step.
Meanwhile keep mixing all the vegetables with masala. And keep adding as many combinations as you can, the flavor of the curry will be unmatched
Now, to bring more incomparable taste to the cooking, wash the coriander leaves well with water and cut them and add them to the curry.
After mixing it well, mix it well with garam masala powder. Then cover it. But many people want to eat gravy in vegetables then cover it with a cup of water, And reduce the stove heat and keep it on low heat for about 12-15 minutes.
Finally, after 15 minutes, continue to stir lightly and you will see that it has been boiled very well. Then down the curry. Share the taste of your own hand cooking with the family.
