Hello I hope you are well. Spending your wonderful moments with your family with wonderful feeling. Generally we prefer to eat this orange on a full stomach to maintain good health. Known as Kamala in our country. Although it has a scientific name Citrus reticulata, we generally know our Bangladesh lemon as lemon. Tried to combine lemon and orange together. Commonly known in our city as scientific name of lemon as Citrus - limon. Let us share some wonderful recipes with these two natural fruits through #amazingdrinks community.

We know that oranges usually contain immense amounts of vitamin C. It also contains choline with fiber potassium. However, it is good for our body to eat less sodium to control blood pressure. All these above ingredients help in keeping the heart healthy. We know that health is a big part of life. But the reason for adding lemon to oranges is because oranges are rich in lemon juice. As a big part of health. We human beings are happy. So natural fruit production is the ultimate mercy of creator. Let us plant our own trees to eat natural fruits fresh. When I was attending primary secondary school. I saw a small willow tree on the roadside. I knew the leaves of the willow tree. Then I planted the tree in my yard. Funny thing. being Now that tree bears fruit for 12 months. So let's eat fresh fruit by planting the tree.

Necessary Equipment:-

Moderate salt
50 grams of sugar
Water is 120 grams
100 grams of Date molasses
120 grams of oranges
70 grams of lemon juice
30 grams of almonds

Step by step making plan

First we showed a selfie with the necessary ingredients. Then we peeled the orange well. Then I chopped the almonds finely. Then I cut the lemon with a knife.

Here I have finely grated the lemon juice into the jug of the blender. Next I added 100 grams of date jaggery. I have given enough salt and 50 grams of sugar.

Here I have given 100 ml of clean drinking water.
