Clean cooking is one of the biggest reasons for people's health. I think in cooking a curry it is very important which ingredients to put first and which last. By doing this, the combination of curry and masala is better. Let us all be interested in eating more vegetables. And thinking about the future, we can grow vegetables in the backyard. Let me introduce some cooking steps that will make us all want to eat proper clean food.
Necessary measures
- Onion 4/5
- Chilli 6/7
- Salt 2 tbsp
- 1 large clove of garlic
- Turmeric 1 tbsp
- Gura masala 1/2 tsp
- Oil 100 grams
- Potatoes 300 grams
- Patal 300 grams
- Malamach Shutki 8/10 pitch
- coriander leaves
First we cut onion, garlic and potato patol nicely and cut the cholka with a knife. Then wash the ingredients thoroughly. Here is an information that you should first peel the vegetables and then wash them and cut them. It is not right to wash the vegetables after cutting them. The nutrients go away after washing them.
Then according to your choice, cut onion, garlic, pepper and potato patol through different designs with a knife
Then pour all the ingredients of onion, chilli, garlic, green chillies into the pan. Then keep massaging with oil
Dry roast well, wash with water and then add to the curry and mix with the ingredients.
Then keep combining turmeric salt with light cumin.
Then it will turn into a very nice color. The material will turn yellow to red in color when the material turns light red
Then mix well with the potatoes in a light pan and come later
Then add potol and keep mixing well with potol.
Then combine all kinds of vegetables well. So that the spices are combined. And the flavor of the curry will come through the combination of spices
Then wash the coriander leaves well and chop them then add them to the curry and mix well. Lower the heat on the stove. Otherwise, the heat of the more fire may burn the curry
You can add garam masala to taste the curry which will make the taste of the curry matchless .Many people don't like masala.There is no problem if it is not spiced, I hope the taste will not decrease
Mix the spices well.Then spread the curries around, lightly fried if you want.But our curry is ready now you can enjoy cooking vegetable curry with your family.I love cooking vegetables.

the final result looks very good, some of the ingredients I won't be able to get in my country 🇻🇪.
but ultimately turmeric and curry are my favorites along with garlic.
