Yes friends this is a popular iftar item in our country.Friends, now is the month of Ramadan, this Ramadan is a very important month for Muslims.During the month of Ramadan devout muslims fast and organize different meals during Iftar.Potato chop is one of the popular dishes of Iftar.I have also been watching my family prepare potato chops for eating at Iftar since childhood.Potato chop is one of the popular Iftar dishes in our country, so I also like to eat it.

Ingredients
Large size potatoes, pea-flour, dry chili powder and turmeric powder, cummin paste, salt and water is needed to make potato chops.Potato chops can be made very easily with these ingredients.
First step
First the potatoes should be boiled and after boiling it should be made into mashed.
Second step
Then take pea-flour and add dry chilli powder, turmeric powder, cummin powder and salt to it.Then apply water and mix all the ingredients well.
Third step
Then the potato mashed should be made into a round shape.
Four step
After that round shaped potato mashed should be mixed in mixing besan and fried in oil.
See the delicious potato chops are ready.Looks delicious.It's very easy to make.
