RE: Extraordinary And Funny

I like the subtle sense of humor and satire that this artist reflects in her work. The palette of neutrals with only a few details of color is another element that is appreciated. I would like to know why she recurrently uses hens or roosters.

I loved Big Brother, it may seem a grotesque and exaggerated representation of the invasion of intimacy, violation of other people's privacy, control...but it's great!

Thanks Erikah for always bringing good art. 🤗

Not just hens or roosters. In the previous batch it was the dandelion. This is something common in the world of art, I've seen another artist using the keyhole, fingerprints and other elements in several of his paintings.

Yay, I'm glad you see the meaning of Big Brother here 😊

Curious to know why hens and roosters was a written thought 🤭. Many artists use elements that are repeated in their works and it is interesting to know why they select that one and not another, or what meaning they confer when they add it to their works. I think the answers would be very interesting...anyway it was just curiosity 😁. Hugs
