A Simple Birthday Celebration at Co Jordan, Consolacion, Cebu - Today's My Birthday

Today is my natal day. Another year is added to my age and I am grateful. To make my day a little special, we dined out this afternoon to one of our favorite seafood restaurant in Consolacion, Cebu. I've talked about this restaurant in my other posts. Where we did fishing and eating. But this afternoon we just ordered food and eat as a family. The name of the restaurant is Co Jordan Talaba- Bangus Eatery. It is not a fancy one but sure they have delicious foods in their menu! It is situated over a fish pond.

By the way talaba means oyster and bangus means Milkfish.

The children wanted to go fishing again. But told them we were not there to fish but to eat. :D

While waiting for our order, we took photos. The children were looking around the area and saw fishes in the water and crabs to.

They (our children) were recalling our last visit here with our friends who also celebrated her daughter's birthday with us. You might want to see the video post about it here.

The Food

We ordered Talaba (oysters), Fried tilapia, Chopsuey, Pansit bihon (for long life lol), and of course Rice! How can we live without rice! LOL For our drinks we had Royal (Softdrinks)

The food was delicious as always. We were so filled. The children liked the food as well. That's the best part. You know when you are a parent, we always make it sure that our children liked what they eat. :)

This restaurant is well-known for the oysters (Talaba). Their top selling product. If you happen to travel to Cebu, you might want to pay them a visit and taste their food first hand. :)

That's how simple I celebrated my day with my family. No cake, only family love and great food. Once again I am grateful for another year of life.
