Understanding Life: Every Stage is a Process.
If there is a better world than Earth, I am sure everyone including aliens would opt in for the good part of that unknown world. But we got no choice than Earth and other planets thereof. Things are going to unfold in several perspectives and our understanding of what we perceive it to be will mold and shape our thinking process.
Sometimes, I try to figure out what I would be doing when I’m 30+ old.
Perhaps, I will be raising my kids and nurturing my family. Probably, I will be chasing my PhD degree in Oxford or Cambridge university and planning to retire as early as possible. But whatever the aspirations might be, the point is that each stage in our lives is just a gradual process to the full actualization of who or what we’re.
Nobody could predict what they were when they were much younger or what they will be when they are old.
If you understand this, you got the best gift about life.
Little wonder, Paul said in Corinthians;
“When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” - 1 Cor. 13:11
That means, there was a time when we understood things as a baby/child because literally our understanding was of that of a child. Meanwhile, as we grew up to become a man, our understanding was broadened. And there was a process called “Growth” that happened to us.
In life, you cannot run faster than your shadow. You will need each processes to unveil yourself and complete a whole cycle. When we understand that it is a process, we will give up the struggle of trying to impress others and mounting so much unnecessary pressure on ourselves. And live each day freely.
