Hoy compartiré con ustedes una información bastante importante aunque poco conocida, todo debemos entender que existen diferentes tipos de reacciones alérgicas lo que debemos entender es que cada una tiene su propio riesgo. Esta post les permitirá tener una pequeña sobre que hacer en un caso así, algunas veces los nervios nos traicionan sin embargo debemos ser fuerte y respirar profundo antes de actuar.

Los alérgenos (se le llama así a a cualquier sustancia que produzca alergia), los más comunes son: pólenes, ácaros, epitelios de animales, látex (o caucho natural, que está presente en guantes de goma, sondas, catéteres, globos, en chupetes, tetinas de biberones, etc.), picaduras de avispas, ciertos alimentos y algunos medicamentos. Los síntomas pueden variar sin embargo estos son los más comunes: comezón de nariz y ojos, asma bronquial (la mayoría de las crisis asmáticas son causa de una alergia), estornudos, tos seca y piticos en el pecho.
Symptoms may vary but these are the most common: itchy nose and eyes, bronchial asthma (most asthma attacks are caused by an allergy), sneezing, dry cough and itchy chest.
Esto se realiza mediante test cutáneo el cual consiste penetrar la piel con el alergolo bajo supervición medica para observar la reacción que produce en la piel y así tener en cuenta el daño que puede causar en los órganos todo esto con un tiempo de 15 a 20 minutos. Otra opción es la prueba en sangre, sin embargo en caso del alergolo ser un alimento o medicamento se realiza ingirendolo para provocar la alergia todo esto bajo observación de un especialista.

Lo primero es evitar contacto con el alergolo esto para evitar cualquier alteración que pueda pasar a mayores, ademas al conocer nuestras alergias debemos estar prepararos con cualquier medicamento que nos ayudes a contrarrestar los síntomas mientras acudimos a la consulta. Debemos tener en cuenta que los medicamentos nos ayudan a controlaras no a curarla.
The first thing is to avoid contact with the allergen this to avoid any alteration that can happen to greater, in addition to knowing our allergies we must be prepared with any medication that helps us to counteract the symptoms while we go to the consultation.
