Hola amigos de hive después de un largo descanso el equipo de @medicalroute vuelve a las calles esta vez con más fuerza, las personas siguen confiando en nosotros y ya algunos casos han sido resuelto, esta vez se realiza la visita a esta señora que hace poco sufrió un ACV debido al fuerte calor que esta sofocando fuertemente a Venezuela, la señora es hipertenza y aunque este fue uno de los principales detonantes la falta de una buena hidratación en esta hola de claro también ayudo a que esto sucediera. A pesar de esto la señora esta bastante controlada medicamente hablando y sus familiares le hacen los ejercicios en casa .
Hello hive friends after a long break the @medicalroute team returns to the streets this time with more strength, people continue to trust us and already some cases have been solved, this time we visit this lady who recently suffered a stroke due to the strong heat that is strongly suffocating Venezuela, the lady is hypertension and although this was one of the main triggers the lack of good hydration in this clear hello also helped this to happen. In spite of this the lady is quite controlled medically speaking and her relatives do the exercises at home.
La siguiente paciente es una señora que aprovecha la visita que se le hizo a su madre para ella tener una consulta medica sin embargo gosaba de una buena salud aparentemente
por lo que solo se le pidió que reposara y se le hizo la revisión externa la señora informa que sufre de dolores de cabeza fuertes por los demás síntomas que ella indica parece que tiene algún valor alto así que se le notifica que debe realizarse los exámenes de rutina donde nos podremos dar cuenta de lo que esta pasando y el porque ese fuerte dolor de cabeza , ella informa que ha notado que ese dolor se vuelve mas fuerte cuando despues de cada comida sobre todo cuando ingiere algún tipo de pasta.

En cada visita que se hace a los diferentes hogares que somos enviado se examina medica a todos los miembros que hagan vida en ese hogar eso se hace por prevención algunas personas creen que por no tener algún síntomas están sanos no sabiendo que muchas veces están errados existen diferentes enfermedades que son bastante silenciosas empezando por la hipertensión arterial que gracias a estas altas temperaturas se a vuelto bastante comun entre las personas de diferentes edades.
In every visit that is made to the different homes that we are sent to, all the members that live in that home are medically examined. This is done for prevention, some people believe that because they do not have any symptoms they are healthy, not knowing that many times they are wrong, there are different diseases that are quite silent, starting with arterial hypertension, which thanks to these high temperatures has become quite common among people of different ages.
La ultima visita del día se le hizo a esta adulto mayor encamada que ya por su edad le cuesta mucho realizar algún moviente, se le indica a los familiares que deben darle suplementos vitamínicos ya que esta perdiendo la masa corporal rápidamente y esto es algo normal en las personas de su edad por lo que se les pide la mejora en la alimentación.
The last visit of the day was made to this bedridden older adult who, because of her age, finds it very difficult to make any movement. The family members were told that they should give her vitamin supplements since she is losing body mass rapidly and this is normal for people of her age, so they were asked to improve her diet.
