Seguimos En Lo Que Nos Gusta Esp/Ing
En mi publicación anterior les conté sobre una jornada que hicimos visitando algunos pacientes y ayudándolos hoy compartiré con ustedes más fotografías sobre ese día, nos quedaron varias por mostrar es por eso que quise hacer otra publicación donde pudiera compartirla con ustedes.
In my previous post I told you about a day we did visiting some patients and helping them, today I will share with you more pictures of that day, we had several left to show that's why I wanted to make another post where I could share it with you.
El señor que observamos en esta fotografía es una persona mayor encamada debido a un derrame cerebral, está clase de visita son bastantes cortas ya que solo lo apoyamos con algunos medicamentos y pudimos notar que a pesar de la enfermedad del señor está bastante cuidado su esposa he hijo lo tienen muy bien cuidado y asistido, por eso hicimos la entrega del medicamento y y se le hizo el chequeo de rutina.
The gentleman we observed in this photograph is an elderly person bedridden due to a stroke, this kind of visit is quite short because we only support him with some medications and we could notice that despite the illness of the gentleman is quite well cared for his wife and son have him very well cared for and assisted, so we delivered the medication and he had a routine checkup.
En este caso, la paciente es una mujer bastante mayor además tiene problemas para conciliar el sueño y tiene cataratas, ella dice sentirse bien; si embargo, nos pide que la apoyemos con una orden para poder comprar sus pastillas para dormir y nos muestra en informe médico de un especialista dónde se las indican, además ella nos pide que si se le puede conseguir una silla de ruedas ya que quiere poder moverse un poco más libre y ya por su edad le cuesta mucho caminar. En casos así nosotros tomamos los datos y comenzamos agilizar para tratar de conseguir su silla de ruedas.
In this case, the patient is a very old woman who also has trouble sleeping and has cataracts, she says she feels fine; however, she asks us to support her with an order to buy her sleeping pills and shows us a medical report from a specialist where they are indicated, she also asks us if we can get her a wheelchair because she wants to be able to move a little more freely and because of her age it is very difficult for her to walk. In cases like this we take the data and we begin to expedite to try to get her wheelchair.
Está paciente se le realizó la visita ya que hace poco tuvo un proceso viral y queríamos saber cómo iba su evolución, ella vive con un hijo y bueno a pesar de su edad es bastante independiente todavía puede hacer algunas cosas aunque su hijo está bastante pendiente. De salud la encontramos bastante bien su proceso viral ya había pasado así que le pedimos que igual siguiera con sus cuidados y cualquier molestia no dudarán en llamarnos.
This patient was visited because she recently had a viral process and we wanted to know how she was progressing, she lives with a son and despite her age she is quite independent and can still do some things although her son is quite dependent on her. We found her health quite well, her viral process had already passed so we asked her to continue with her care and if she had any discomfort do not hesitate to call us.
Está última visita de nuestra jornada, se trata de un señor que estaba de visita en casa de su hijo y había sufrido una crisis hipertensiva por lo que se le había pedido un control diario de tensión y como estabas cerca quisimos pasar hacerle la visita médica. Ya se encontraba bastante bien y nos contaba que le estaba yendo muy bien con su tratamiento nuevo.
This last visit of our day is about a man who was visiting his son's house and had suffered a hypertensive crisis so he had been asked for a daily blood pressure control and as you were close by we wanted to pay him a medical visit. He was already feeling quite well and told us that he was doing very well with his new treatment.
