El día empezó con un amanecer precioso, es la vida diciendo que siempre hay algo maravilloso esperándote!

The day began with a beautiful sunrise; it's life saying that there's always something wonderful waiting for you!

Después un café para realmente empezar el día, expreso sin azúcar para apagar el ruido.

Then a coffee to really start the day, an espresso without sugar to turn off the noise.

Ir al castillo fue lo tercero que hicimos, compré un par de cositas para uno pedido de tops que tenía pendiente, bastante puntual. Mi amiga ama comprar telas conmigo jiji

Going to the castle was the third thing we did. I bought a couple of things for a top order I had pending—pretty punctual. My friend loves buying fabric with me, haha.

Y como paso número cuatro de esta cura para días malos, está la amiga loquita que te hace reír cada 5 minutos, que aunque tiene más problemas que tú, sabe escuchar.

And as step number Four of this cure for bad days, there's the crazy friend who makes you laugh every 5 minutes, who, even though she has more problems than you, knows how to listen.

La cita fue en una pizzería de porlamar, que se ha convertido en uno de mis sitios favoritos, aquí probé el pasticho y me arrepiento de no haber echo una foto, estaba delicioso y súper Instagrameable.

The date was at a pizzeria in Porlamar, which has become one of my favorite places. I tried the pasticho there and I regret not taking a picture; it was delicious and super Instagrammable.

Para terminar de curar los males, vimos un par de tiendas, mi amiga compro ropita linda para su cumple, yo solo compré unos lentes lindos, luego se los muestro (estoy haciendo un post de compras del mes) y me enamoré de este vestido de flores, que se parece mucho a mi.

To finish healing our wounds, we went to a couple of shops; my friend bought some cute clothes for her birthday, I just bought some nice glasses. I'll show them to you later (I'm doing a post about my purchases of the month) and I fell in love with this floral dress, which looks a lot like me.

En fin fue un día lindo, como rico, finiquite tareas pendientes de trabajo, hubo compras, plática, risas, comida rica, complicidad y sobre todo mucho apoyo de parte y parte para seguir con el peso de los días y de la vida en general.

All in all, it was a lovely day, I ate well, I finished pending work tasks, there was shopping, conversation, laughter, delicious food. complicity and above all a lot of support from both sides to continue with the weight of the days and of life in general.

El aprendizaje del día? No encerrarse en los pensamientos negativos porque la vida pasa, y pasa muy rápido como para darle peso a las cosas que no suman. Esto es un día a la vez, pero siempre queriendo continuar, y también que siempre es bueno hablar las cosas y tomar aire fresco.

Today's lesson? Don't dwell on negative thoughts because life goes by, and it goes by too fast to give weight to things that don't add value. Take it one day at a time. But always wanting to continue, and also that it's always good to talk things through and get some fresh air.
