My dear hivers here I am again on this platform to show you a new blacksmith work done by me, where imagination was the main tool to achieve this design which consists in the development of an aerial base for television. Taking into consideration that this base has to be very strong and safe.

For the elaboration of this base, I cut a piece of pipe 2 inches in diameter by 47 centimeters long and with a thickness of 3 millimeters. Then with 1 ½" by 2 millimeters thick plates, I made the base that will hold the TV. Then I designed the rotating part to make it easier to move the monitor and achieve a better viewing angle.

In this design I also made a system which would allow the monitor to have mobility of approximately 15 degrees, being more comfortable for the users of this visual medium. It is necessary to emphasize that for this elaboration I used two automotive parts better known as "Time Strap Tensioners". Which had been replaced by having the bearing damaged, making it a little easier to manufacture the sliding system to achieve the tilt of the TV.

In the rotating design I installed in its rear part an adjustment system to maintain in a fixed position the television, having this way the facility to place it in a fixed direction according to the comfort of the viewer just by turning the adjustment screw.

Already manufactured the aerial TV holder, after so many arrangements I began to correct the welds with the emery, giving a better finish in all vulnerable areas that required improvement.

In its final stage I painted the whole TV holder with an anticorrosive paint and then when it dried I put two coats of oil paint, leaving it with very good aesthetics. I designed this aerial TV holder with its base directly screwed to the concrete slab with ½ inch concrete bolts (expansive iron ramplugs).

This model is special to save space and more in places where they are very frequented by their customers, in this opportunity it is a fast food business being the hamburgers their specialty. It should be noted that this business has existed for many years in my beautiful city of "La Victoria", being visited by lovers of fast food. Mi nuevo diseño de Base Aérea para televisor

Mis queridos hivers aquí estoy de nuevo en esta plataforma para enseñarle un nuevo trabajo de herrería echo por mi, donde la imaginación fue la herramienta principal para así lograr éste diseño el cual consiste en la elaboración de una base aérea para televisor. Teniendo en consideración que dicha base por exigencia del cliente tiene que ser muy fuerte y segura.

Para la elaboración de ésta base ,corté un trozo de tubo de 2 pulgadas de diámetro por 47 centímetros de largo y con un espesor de 3 milímetros . Luego con pletinas de 1" ½ por 2 milímetros de espesor , hice la base que va a sujetar al televisor. Luego diseñé la parte giratoria para tener así la facilidad de moverse el monitor y asi lograr mejor ángulo de visión.

En este diseño también se fabricó un sistema el cuál permitiera que el monitor tuviese movilidad de 15 grados aproximadamente, siendo de igual manera más cómodo para los usuarios de este medio visual. Hay que destacar que para ésta elaboración utilicé dos partes automotriz mejor conocidos como "Tensores de Correas de tiempo". Las cuales habian sido reemplazadas por tener el rodamiento dañado , haciendo un poco más fácil la fabricación del sistema de corredera para lograr la inclinación del televisor.

En el diseño giratorio instalé en su parte posterior un sistema de ajuste para mantener en una posición fija el televisor, teniendo así la facilidad de colocarlo en dirección fija según la comodidad del televidente tan solo con girar el tornillo de ajuste .

Ya fabricado el porta televisor aéreo, después de tantos arreglos empecé a corregir las soldaduras con el esmeril, dandole un mejor acabado en todas las zonas vulnerables que requerían mejorar.

En su etapa final pinté todo el porta televisor con una pintura anticorrosiva y luego al secarse le coloque dos capas de pintura en aceite, quedando con muy buena estética. Éste porta televisor aéreo lo he diseñado con su base directamente atornillada en la placa de cemento con unos pernos, ( Ramplug de hierro expansivos ) de ½ pulgadas para concreto.

Este modelo es especial para ahorrar espacio y más en lugares donde son muy frecuentados por sus clientes, en ésta oportunidad se trata de un comercio de comidas rápidas siendo las Hamburguesas su especialidad. Cabe destacar que éste negocio ha existido desde hace muchísimo años en mi hermosa Cuidad de " La Victoria" , siendo visitado por los amantes de éste tipo de comida, de generación en generación, donde hoy en día está al frente un joven muy carismático para seguir con éste negocio. Donde le tocó inesperadamente luego del fallecimiento de su madre que era la encargada de deleitar a sus visitantes con el rico sazón incomparable.

Como pueden ver ya listo y montado, para satisfacer a todos los que deseen pasar un rato amenos compartiendo unos vídeos musicales y obviamente para los amantes del football en esta temporada del mundial.
