001 Gratitude Journal

Came across this podcast where they write 3 things they’re grateful for everyday. So, I’m gonna start writing this journal as well, a sort of therapy because things are a bit toxic lately, with a hope that somehow it’ll make things lighter as I focus on the positive things rather than those that are unhealthy for my well being.

3 Things I’m Grateful For

  1. I’m grateful for a completely peaceful rest day. I get to play PUBG, watch Netflix, get a good afternoon sleep and just stay in my room all day.

  2. I’m grateful that finally public health emergency has been lifted and that I’m able to enjoy my time off work nowadays, which is entirely different during pandemic, wherein we still do lots of coordination, calling patients, making reports and other work related stuff even when we are off duty or in quarantine.

  3. I’m grateful that I didn’t lose my temper this week. LOL. Its very challenging to control your emotion when you are surrounded by people whose values are just different with yours. You really need to put extra effort in calming yourself, and ensuring that you don’t give someone a high five on the face. So yeah, giving myself a star for chilling this week.
