The weather is nice these days. Not very cold, warm weather and rainy. Actually, I love weather like this. Because rains feed nature and this is really important.

I started craving pizza because of the pizza ads I see these days. I really wanted to eat a delicious chicken and veggie pizza and as I was passing by the mall, I decided to go inside and have a pizza. This time, the pizza I'm going to eat doesn't have to be chicken because I wanted to eat pizza for a reason I don't know why.

I walked into the mall and went to the food court and looked for a pizza place, and finally I found the pizza shop called Sbarro. I've never had pizza from Sbarro before. That's why I was very curious about the taste of the pizza I will eat from here. When I learned that the pizza was cooked in 10 minutes here, I ordered a small sausage and cheese pizza. I couldn't quite find the vegetable and chicken pizza I was looking for. But that's okay, this pizza looks delicious too.

I think a pizza should definitely have sausage and chicken. When I make pizza, I usually make it with lots of chicken and sausage. And I also use non-cayenne pepper. But I put the chicken on the pizza without cooking it. Because I usually don't need to cook the chickens because I make the pizza dough a little thick.

When I ordered pizza here, they said if I ordered french fries with it, it would be a lower price. I ordered french fries with the pizza, but when I saw that the french fries they mentioned were scallops, I was more happy because I like french fries even more. If you cook the french fries correctly, the potatoes will have a hard crust on the outside and the inside of the potatoes will be very soft. This taste I mentioned is definitely a valid and delicious reason to eat potato wedges. Or you can make it yourself at home. I have a very good recipe for this. I also usually chop the potatoes thickly. I can cook potatoes very well, but it's really hard to make a spice mix like those used by big brands. Because they usually don't tell the secret of such spice mixes.
These spiced scallops are really delicious. I think if I eat pizza here again, I'll definitely order scallops. I sprinkled the sauce they gave for the pizza on top of the potato wedges. The taste is really delicious.

I ordered ayran as a drink alongside the pizza. Actually, I love to drink Sprite with pizza, but this time I decided to drink ayran. I love ayran and yogurt.

They gave such a sauce on the side of the pizza. This is a very tasty spice mix. Nowhere I've had pizza before did they offer such a spice mix. I really like to eat spicy food. I use a lot of spices, especially when making pizza and chicken. If curry is available, I definitely use curry. And I also love to use spices like thyme, cumin, mint and chili flakes. A few days ago I saw something called powdered green tea. I think they use it in food. Do any of you use powdered green tea? Another name for this is Matcha tea. Are you using?

I poured these delicious seasonings on top of the pizza. When I looked at these spices, I could not fully understand what they were, but I think there are spices such as thyme, mint, curry, chili pepper, cumin in these spices.

Actually, I'm not entirely sure about this, but I think they grind all of these spices after mixing them. When you do this, the taste of all the spices is mixed and a very delicious spice mixture comes out. If you have a spice grinder, I think you should definitely try it. Then tell me too. I'm really curious if that's the case.

And of course, there is ketchup and mayonnaise on the side of the pizza. These two sauces are really good with dishes like this. I would like to eat barbecue sauce and mustard with the pizza, but I guess there are no sauces other than ketchup and mayonnaise.

Oh this pizza is really delicious. It is a thin crust pizza and the cooking consistency is really good. I think I really liked a pizza that I ate out for the first time. The dough of the pizzas I ate out before was generally stale.

This pizza contains mushrooms, sausage, corn, black olives and a very delicious tomato paste sauce. I think what I am most curious about about pizza in general is the content of these sauces. I'm really curious about the sauce they put on the dough before putting the ingredients on the pizza. But I guess it's a restaurant secret and I can't seem to find out. It's okay, the sauces I make are also delicious. My friends and family say this, not me.

I think I can tell you how good this pizza tastes, but I think that's enough. Pizza is one of my favorite meals. I especially love to eat pizza with chicken and vegetables.

Aslında bundan tam olarak emin değilim ama bence bu baharatların hepsini karıştırdıktan sonra öğütüyorlar. Böyle yapınca bütün baharatların tadı karışıyor ve ortaya çok lezzetli bir baharat karışımı çıkıyor. Eğer bir baharat öğütücünüz varsa bunu kesinlikle denemelisiniz bence. Sonra bana da söyleyin. Gerçekten öyle olup olmadığını çok merak ediyorum çünkü.

Ve tabii ki de pizzanın yanında ketçap ile mayonez var. Bu iki sos böyle yemeklerin yanında gerçekten çok iyi. Pizza ile beraber barbekü sos ve hardal da yemek isterdim ama sanırım orada ketçap ve mayonez dışında başka soslar yok.

Ah bu pizza gerçekten çok lezzetli. Hamuru ince bir pizza ve pişme kıvamı gerçekten çok iyi. Sanırım ilk defa dışarıda yediğim bir pizzayı gerçekten çok beğendim. Daha önce dışarıda yediğim pizzaların hamuru genelde bayat oluyordu.

Bu pizzanın içinde mantar, sucuk, mısır, siyah zeytin ve çok lezzetli bir salçalı sos var. Sanırım pizzanın genel olarak en merak ettiğim şeyi bu soslarının içeriği. Pizzanın üstüne malzemeleri koymadan önce hamurun üstüne sürdükleri sosu gerçekten çok merak ediyorum. Ama sanırım bu bir restoran sırrı ve bunu öğrenemem gibi görünüyor. Sorun değil benim yaptığım soslar da çok lezzetli. Bunu ben değil de arkadaşlarım ve ailem söylüyor.

Sanırım bu pizzanın tadının ne kadar güzel olduğunu akşama kadar anlatabilirim ama bence bu kadarlık yeter. Pizza en sevdiğim yemeklerden birisi. Özellikle tavuklu ve sebzeli pizza yemeyi çok seviyorum.
