Dirty Tricks Takes the lead!

I've been heading out for rides with little miss and one of her friends lately around the "hood" and we often participate in the odd race or two and my lil girl has developed the need to win at all costs. Our first race I laid back a bit knowing full well that the power in my two legs and my bike would easily pass them.

Oh little did I know the wit of a 6 year old can be far superiror to my own and as I approached to overtake the both of them with little bloke on the back who was already claiming victory I was stunned to see little miss cut in front of me slicing by and preventing me from taking the lead.

It was time for race two and I wasn't having none of it, I took the outside lane with every intention of leaving the girls for dust but once again I was out witted by little miss as she knew I was the danger and remained in front of me the whole time. I knew her goose was cooked as she couldn't beat the both of us until quicker than I she pushed me further out of the lane then quickly darted across to prevent her friend from taking the lead which she had been watching closely.

Stunned and proud as once again I had lost to little miss and her cunning skills to win at any cost.

This is the moment that I knew I am in for a hard ride in life. Pray for me
