Happy Birthday to me!

So it is that dreaded day, the day I complete another roatation around the sun and call it my happy birthday! Although this year I am feeling a little different and I wanted to make my middle aged years a bit better, I guess you could call it my mid life crisis.

I feel at times life can be abit "we just exist" and yes while I have had successes along the way and am very fortunate I recently made a few dramatic changes because they were What Ifs. If you been following a long you know that I have recently started my own business. I have been in the gym scene for years and early on I used to run marathons to raise cash for different charities.

I maintained the fitness life style over all these years and to be honest it hasn't felt any different or all that long, but it has been quite a few decades now that I have been doing it for and I enjoy it. So I started my own supplements range having all things made in Australia and trying to source as much Aussie ingredients as possible.

It has been good and we are moving slowly but have seen some profit come in, most of the purchases have been from friends at the gym who also take supplements and prefer to purchase off someone they know Which is an added benefit.

I have also decided to compete in a body building championship and no doubt I will probably lose but I thought why not give it ago. It will be a natural body building competetion as I have never taken steroids or any enhancers outside of protein powders and shakes.

So this year's 37th hit a little different, I feel like I am actually starting to acheive something with my life.
