A Sweet Treat Like Chocolate Banana Crepe

For the Crepe:

Gather all the ingredients.

Combine milk, flour, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, eggs, and melted butter in a blender.

Blend the mixture and wait until it is smooth and foamy.

Heat a pan with some butter or oil.

Swirl in about a quarter to one-third cup of batter to completely cover the bottom of the pan.

Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the bottom of the crepe is golden, then quickly flip the other side and cook.

Repeat with the rest of the batter, adding only butter or oil to the pan as needed.

Start folding your crepes into quarters.

You can top your crepe with banana slices, but I chose to add it as a filling and drizzle it with the melted chocolate.

It is that easy. Try making one. This crepe is kind of thicker than the original crepe.
