Amazing read. Stress is going to be in our life whether we like it or not. We have to learn how to react to our stress because it out reaction is very important as it can affect us both positively and negatively. If we feel depressed about a stressful issue, it's not going to change the situation, in fact the situation would get worse because you are depression and not working at your best levels. So we need to react in a positive way to stress if we want our situation to change.

Recently life has been tougher than before. Life is becoming more stressful and if we give it to it, it will mess us up. In my country, we are experiencing a whole new level of financial difficulty. I have wasted months just worrying and nothing changed, things only became worse. It was then I realised that it matters how we react to stressful situations.

As you point out many times, many times we must take action especially if what is stressing us has a solution, because if it is something that has no solution is stupid to stress, a hug and thank you very much for stopping to read and comment.
